This spectacular nude, undyed yarn has been so incredibly popular in 100% Highland Wool, that it's now also available in 100% Superwash Merino! We love the barber pole stripes from darker fleece that's spun in with off-white fleece. 

Super gorgeous on its own, held together with another fibre for even more "marle", or even for playing with dye at home!

Superwash Merino has been chemically treated to knock of the natural "scales" on the yarn which would otherwise make it felt in a washing machine. The result is a smoother yarn which is washable. In comparison with the Peruvian Highland wool, the merino has a softer handle but not as much bounce or loft. It's also suitable for most people with wool allergies.
